My overall rating was a perfect 5 before this blemish. Would you consider letting me know what I can do on future listings to get back to a 5-star? joidukes @pursenalfinds Hi Sara! Everything was great except when I got the purse the chain was really short. I was a little bummed about that and had to go out and find one that was longer so that was my reasoning for the 4/5 star rating. Everything else was great! I’m sorry if I hurt your feelings or made you feel like it was something you specifically did. My rating was more of a reflection of my satisfaction with the product!
