joiedevi @konahoni lol no worries. When you go to your closet click on the listing so you are able to view it. At the top right corner it says "edit". Click the edit, then underneath your photos, click the bar that says "add photos". The screen to take the photo or upload a photo will pop up. The circle button at the bottom in the middle will take a photo of whatever is in the square in the screen.

joiedevi @konahoni love notes are the additional comments you give with a review. Once you look over your items you can either follow the steps through the Posh notification to accept and "rate" your purchase or go to "my purchases" to find the transaction you want to rate. Rate from 1-5 stars. Where it says "leave additional comment" is where you will fill out your comment or"love note" that's left with your rating. Hope that helps

joiedevi @difrancn01 hi, I filed a claim with Poshmark for an order that is shipped but not tracking. Poshmark should have emailed you or notified you through the app.The mail has been incredibly delayed lately. It took me 9 days to get something that was sent to me from a town 30 minutes away this week. It's is a rarity that something is completely lost in the mail but that does happen. If the item is not received a certain amount of days you'll be able to cancel the order.
