nataliian @itsj0mamma , sorry about that. I will bring it up at my post office and hopefully the issue will be resolved. Meanwhile, what you can do is open a case with Poshmark about this item and explain the situation so they don't charge you.

nataliian @itsj0mamma , I talked to some people that had lots of cases opened and they said since you accepted the package the only thing you can do is open a claim with Poshmark. As a buyer you have a few days after the delivery to "accept" a package- inspect for deficiencies, smell etc. After you hit "accept" there is not much you can do since by hitting that button you agree with a product.

nataliian @itsj0mamma , I would highly advise you to still message them since apparently only Poshmark can request tracking info and weight of a package on each postal station. I'm sorry it happened to you. I wish I had more experience in this in a way. This is my first case since I started Poshmark so I'm learning all this right now as well. Let me know if you get any updates.
