Hi Jolene! I shipped your boots out right when you purchased them but they never scanned into the tracking or mail stream. I’m going to drop off packages today and will check if they were held back. I’m hoping they didn’t go missing but sometimes items just never track and then they show up at the buyers address with in a few days. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. I just want you to know they were shipped!
