bestmargery Good morning! I’m going to the post office to ship your vionic slides today. I wanted to let you know that I cleaned the foot beds with Clark’s sandal cleaner before I posted them and while packing them up I noticed the footbed fabric stiffened a bit after they dried. I want you to be happy with them..so, if you are not happy with them I will gladly accept the return request. I personally don’t think it’s an issue but everyone has different opinions. Take care!

saveboutique Actually, a review cannot be changed. I don't know how you would send me a picture, except through Customer Service. I do not have another bracelet, but at this point, I think you should proceed through Customer Service. If they determine that the bracelet was defective, I will be glad to give you a refund.
