I’ve been keeping up with the tracking on your item and I’m so sorry it’s taking so long to arrive to you! I’m so angry with the USPS! It’s supposed to be 2-3 day priority and you’ve been waiting close to 10 days :( I could only imagine how impatient you must be getting! I wish there was something I could do!

I’m sorry that you were unhappy that the size tag was cut off but there was a photo including the tag on the listing and the jacket is in fact a large and in otherwise perfect condition. I had a perfect 5 star rating until your 3 star rating for this which was very disappointing and a bit unfair.
