65sharon You sent me the wrong cross in my order . I really like the earrings and want to keep them but I want the cross I ordered not the one you sent . What can we do to resolve this ?

jomamahenry @65sharon I just saw that posh Mark says they have approved your case and it is resolved. I assume they are telling you to send both items back to me and then you will be refunded?

jomamahenry @65sharon I don’t think there’s a way to do that because for you to be refunded you will have to return both items to me. What I can do is notify you as soon as I get the earrings and the cross back and re-post them for sale again and you can buy them again and I can send the correct ones? I don’t know what else to do.
