aroach721 @jonamarijaring Hi Jona, I have reached out to Poshmark, as I believe there was either damage in shipping, or by Poshmark during their authenticity verification process. I was sent unclear photos (with someone holding the bag in poor quality gloves) and have requested more/better photos. Can you please send me information/photos of the bag that you received from Poshmark.

jonamarijaring @aroach721 hi! I sent them four photos and wanted to add more but was only allowed to attach four of them. Maybe it was the photo they took of the bag prior to sending me because I took the photos just today but of good quality. I’m not too sure how to attach here on our chat box. The bag was absolutely gorgeous I just didn’t expect the marks I saw when it arrived. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. But the bag is safe now in my room just waiting to send it back whenever they allow.

aroach721 @jonamarijaring, I have no idea how to send/receive private photos, either! Can you please describe the flaws? I had not once carried the bag, and I’m extremely concerned that it had a “stop” in between- I was not the last person in possession of the bag.

jonamarijaring @aroach721 yes of course, so the first one was a little dot “dent” on the lower left. Light creasing & stain on the front handle, the back of the back seem to have a gray/faint black staining, the inside or the bag on the leather had some dark stain, it’s not heavy but noticeable enough. I just got it today and checked it out right away. I thought they would send photos to me first prior to sending it out whether to continue with the shipment or not. But I guess they might have skipped it.

aroach721 @jonamarijaring, did you receive it in the Neiman Marcus box? I can 100% guarantee that there was no black/rubbing when I sent the bag. Was the box,duffle damp? YSL has black duffles- I’m wondering if it got wet, was damaged during shipping or at their warehouse. I’ve never had issues purchasing, but this is my first sale on PM, and majorly concerning. I think that you may be able to decline the purchase and send it back at this point.

jonamarijaring @aroach721 it just came with the dust bag. And the shipping box seem to be just a plain brown box with a poshmark taping around it. This is one of my dream bag and is also my first actual purchase that I received. The first one had other issues but they sent me a picture prior to sending it to me and that time I was able to decline. I’ll see how to do that.
