warehousebricks @mgrios07 That’s really strange, I packed the order myself. The scarf is in a clear plastic bag inside the new paper padded mailers provided by Poshmark. Make sure you are opening the mailer all the way, not just one side. Or are you saying the package was open and empty? If so, save everything so we can contact the USPS postal inspectors to file a case.

warehousebricks @mgrios07 We've responded to your claim with Poshmark Support and provided the evidence they will need to substantiate that we did not ship an empty package. The images you provided are not from the inside of the package, but the padding in the sidewalls. Please refer all further communication to Poshmark Support.
