joneengivens @jgreen0722 thank you. Any hints you can give me when someone is unhappy with their purchase? My first sale has led to a case being opened due to her saying the size was misleading. I had no idea. I explained my side of the item. Didn’t know what else to do. Any advice would be appreciated.

jgreen0722 Hi Joneen, When selling clothing take a picture of the size on the label if you can. Then when you list measurements add the words “about” or “ range” or “ Approx”. Show the measurements in the pictures. Also it’s a good idea to show the fabric/care tag. Also check out other closets to see how they measure. There may be some info in your private file. Go to the bottom of your news page and click on your posh address to access your private file. I hope this helps. 🌼👋
