@seastar1102 It’s ok to be concerned but could Improve on your service of how you handled your concern. I definitely didn’t deserve comments like yours AFTER you accepted the offer. You were not only rude to me you were confusing on your pricing to others. I read the comments regarding this product and you involved others in your decision to sell this AFTER you sold it! This rating was not on the product as mentioned, it was a valid review on service & communication for improvement.
