rich_little123 Hi I made a mistake and thought the backpack I had was Nebraska but when I went to ship it discovered it was Wisconsin. I have contacted my supplier to see if the Nebraska is still available. I’m sorry about that. Will let you know.

rich_little123 @jonnyboy5108 hi I sent the email to them on Friday and got no response. They are off on the weekend. So I’ll send a second request on Monday. They had a memo on their website that they were transitioning to a new website on Friday and responses may be delayed as a result, so I understand the delay but will follow up as I said on Monday to insure they got my request. Thanks for your understanding. Sorry for the issue and the delay. I hope they have one.

rich_little123 @jonnyboy5108 they tell me they have a Nebraska backpack. They said it looks like the one I sold you but has a different sku. They won’t ship direct to you so I ordered it and will have it in about a week. Then I would ship it to you. Will that be ok? Or do you prefer to cancel? I am sorry this happened. If you decide to wait, then I will inspect it before sending it and let you know if it is different in any way.

rich_little123 Hi. Well they sent me my order and the backpack is not the same. I had sent them a picture of the one I got from them and they told me it was same backpack even though the item number was different. It’s not. I listed the one they sent and shared it with you. If you want it, I will send it and I will also give you a Nebraska Tote bag purse free. Let me know.

rich_little123 @jonnyboy5108 yes. I asked them why they sent something totally different. They made excuses. The bad part was that since they told me it was the same when I originally asked, I ordered several teams. They didn’t seem to care or want to help me. Anyway I will cancel the sale and refund it. Thanks.
