gloxelven HI @jaymac915 I think I should contact you directly though I have been working with Poshmark customer team for the return of the UGG size 12 Boots. Sincerely sorry for the incorrect size shipment. The order came through as size 12 instead of 10 and we had to ship as received. The return is approved.
