ecunha You shipped the jersey in an Express Envelope. USPS then shipped it Express but was only paid for the Priority Shipping. Therefore, there was an outstanding balance of $20 and some change. Instead of paying for it because I didn't want to, they're shipping it back to you and it is going to have to be re shipped. Please ensure that when you send it the next time that it is in the proper packaging so I do not have to send it back a second time and wait any longer to receive the jersey. Thanks.
