jordanr1412 @closetoptimist I have tons of questions! But the first one is can I post stock photos of an item I have for sale? Like what if I find it online with a model wearing it? Can I post that picture or is it against the rules? Also I shared that beautiful free people sweater because if I can't have it I want someone to have it. So gorgeous.

closetoptimist @jordanr1412 Yes you can post stock photos of things you have. The only thing you're not allowed to post stock photos of are things you buy on Poshmark Wholesale. You are supposed to create your own pics of those things! And thanks for the share! :)

closetoptimist @jordanr1412 hmm stumped on nopp- maybe it's a typo? Lol. A host pick or party pick is when the host of a party (posh throws parties of different caterogies every day at noon, 3pm, 7pm and 10pm est) selects your item to be specially shown off in their "Host pick" showroom. Your item will get more attention and you're more likely to get a sale!

closetoptimist @jordanr1412 Finally, you can bundle multiple items from one closet and buy them all together to save on shipping. Some closets have automatic bundle discounts, but you can also make an offer on a bundle you create!

jordanr1412 @closetoptimist thank you! It wouldn't let me put no-p.p. With a space. I couldn't figure it out! Haha thanks. I'm seeing lots of people doing things posh says not to do. Do they let that slide or do they get you for that, like suspend your account? I'm not planning on breaking any rules but I don't want to do business with the rule-breakers.

closetoptimist @jordanr1412 I've seen a lot of people try to sell things on here that you can't - like electronic devices or bath/body products. I know your account can be suspended but I don't know of anyone it's happened to. A lot of people trade too which is against the rules, I'm not sure posh will suspend your account for that but SO MANY people get scammed in trades that I don't think it's worth it. I stay far away from that.

I am only interested in using posh in the way it was intended to be used so I won't be trading or selling electronic devices on here :). I am kind of a rule-follower (maybe boring to some but I don't ever have problems that way) so I appreciate you explaining it all to me.

closetoptimist @jordanr1412 Don't be ashamed of being a rule follower! We get the best perks and make the most sales! If you don't follow the rules, you can't become a suggested user, and lots of share groups won't allow non-compliant closets to join. So it's totally worth it to be posh compliant! :)

closetoptimist @jordanr1412 the trick is to use profits from your first few sales to buy the new stuff so you're not stuck losing money. I also recommend following all of the people who follow someone with like 100K followers. If they're already following someone they're more likely to follow you back. The more people you follow, the more will follow you and then share your items and purchase them!

jordanr1412 @closetoptimist hi there, me again 🙈Have you ever had a case opened against you? I just had one and I'm wracking my brain and have NO idea why. In the email it stated that the buyer reported that something was broken or stained or damaged. When I sent it I wrapped it in tissue paper and it was in perfect condition! I don't know what to do. Any advice?
