sinnis Hey! Glad you got the tote in time for your vacation. What could I have done to make your experience a 5 star? Sorry but I pride myself on quality and service. It was brand new and the zipper worked. No stains or wear. Hmmmm I'd love to know so I can be better. Thanks!

The dress was brand new never been worn at all, just tried on.I pride myself on great condition, great items, great prices !! I also always take pictures of every inch of each item and always mention any wear and price items accordingly.
