sterlingksk HI there, I made a purchase 6 days ago and have yet to receive any shipping information. I hardly use Postmark, but have always received my items or at least heard something before 6 days. The item I purchased is for a particular vacation and I am now unsure as to if I will receive them in time. Could you please give me an update?

jmillen1003 @sterlingksk yes I messaged you a few days ago in regards to your purchase, sorry you didn’t see it. My child is very sick with the flu, he is under 2. This has been very hard on my family and I haven’t been able to send your items yet. I took all the steps to notify you.Please understand I am doing my best at this time. The shoes are yours if you wish to wait a little longer to receive. If not I understand. But at the moment my hands are tied, as I am occupied caring for my child.
