@poshvegan - just wanted to say i love your beautiful curls! And of course, welcome to Posh. If u have any questions (general ones) i know it is VERY overwhelming, @3pm EST (2pm for u) there is another "party" jewelry -- i know we women have MORE than enough ;-) so u might want to get them listed... VERY good exposure and "lots of shares." (They suggest at least 10 things in a closet... but I know people want to start out slow!

@poshvegan UH- i started buying like crazy April 2016 and then finally took the plunge middle of August.... once u get the hang of it, u will b able to do it easy
Just a "tip" make your first 15 /20 posts "pretty" - it establishes ur closet... then u can b a little "looser" w/ listing... also measurements (basic) is really helpful bc people will ask a lot...
(Go to the VERY bottom of my "sold" just scroll --and keep doing it and u can see the BIG difference of my evolution of closet

@poshvegan - really you could list 5 things of jewelry (if u have it) or something else) VERY easy and I THINK they JUST JUST started allowing the computer to actually upload etc. so u came at a good time. Annoying to have to get keyboard out for ipad etc. just more streamlined w/ 'puter. Uh, sorry, thinking 15 different things (unrelated)

@poshvegan oh and there is NO WAY u can list everything u "could" sell... just start w/ the EASIEST and "most popular" (say name brand)

@poshvegan biggest thing abiyt Posh than other sites, u do' the have to bother w/ the advanced degree then apprenticeship of the dam* post office... buyer knows cost of shipping, u print label & off u go. U can also have Post person PICK UP from your home and u can order online boxes, etc. so it is FREE, just list ;-) they do take a "hefty" percent... so a lot of 5$ items nets u... 2$. I grumble- hmmm just FINDING it - *I* should b paid 5 bucks, lol

@poshvegan also- be "open" to negations thus- price slightly higher bc u WILL get lower offers... (some ridiculously low) it isn't a garage sale, lol. "Extra" special items (say Celine bag) u can say FIRM etc. ah...u had one more question (sorry i talk a lot AND that is why i need my keyboard) ;)

@poshvegan - do clothes, if u have PINK, girl that stuff is crazy around here. And Lily Pulitzer, Miss Me jeans, etc-let's say u have a plethora of jeans (doesn't matter sizes vary or u are selling for your friend) no one expects them to ALL come from your closet, we "source" more as time goes on... so have at it - friends/kids/friends closets- lol. - somehow i sell a lot of jeans (just moved here, so revamping my site) so, if u have more of one than the other. List those...

@poshvegan OH MOST IMPORTANT - is the disclaimer: look at pictures carefully they are part of the description. Measurements are approx. --- seriously. The MORE u list about items the more your butt is saved. AND if possible 8 pics (it used to b 4) people like angles and don't b surprised if someone asks u to "model" clothes. It is a frequent (non smarmy /creepy request)

But Posh tries and "rise above" some of the other sites, in that they don't want it to b a yard sale... so maybe the occasional "non clothes" item - but say, not the brand new broom u accidentally got (ha). And to b honest if u have a lot of clothes - spend the time for the first 20 or so, to "establish" them...

@poshvegan - just saw your closet! good start - and SOME people "add" "their thing" "signature" (to start) sets u apart. IF u can model a few (not all) it shows u r a real! oh and play around w/ "sorting" your closet (don't look at mine- lol. but "dresses" & say "jeans" together. it is helpful and i think shows effort. last thing, really! (i think!ha) is- my profession is a Librarian. but are libertarians for the most part too-

@notagswag hey! That is really good to hear! โค๏ธ๐ท๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ Itโs not easy switching all the way over! I actually a lot of coconut oil and ๐ฅฅ creme/ butter/milk for a lot of my products that were dairy! Iโm a big salad lover and so I eat a lot of raw veggies as well. ๐ #veganvegetarianlove ๐

@poshvegan I canโt remember the last time I drank real milk Iโve always liked almond or coconut milk even before being a vegetarian. I just got rid of cheese ๐ญ I started eating Daiya vegan cheese and like it. Also nutritional yeast! Do you have a brand of sour cream/ cream cheese you use and like? Thanks so muchโฅ๏ธ

@notagswag Dairy products were the hardest for me! I use the daiya cheese as well! But I try to season very well or over season ๐ฉ๐คฃ to make up for stuff like sour creme/cheese ๐ญ. I use the coconut creme butter on potatoes and stuff which I eat a lot of!! But Iโve tried the vegan Gourmet brand and it wasnโt bad. I havenโt had vegan creme cheese though. Iโve been vegan since Sept 17 ๐ So Iโm still learning as well. I cook a lot of pastas and veggies sandwiches haha What made you want to switch?

@poshvegan I was a vegetarian in high school- I just never really liked meat lol. Some of my favorite things about certain dishes like lasagna was always the cheese pasta and sauce so i thought why not just be a vegetarian. Plus I love animals. I was thinking about being a vegan because itโs not that much more to change over from vegetarianism and way healthier for you. Thanks for the tips!

@notagswag I was a well!!! I just couldnโt give up cheese and milk then. Even though it used to always make me sick afterwards. Itโs is so much better for you. Do you drink Alkaline water? Thatโs stuff is amaze, and it keeps me pretty healthy. But I look forward to hearing about your process! Good luck to you ๐

I really love sending out cards and decorating as well. I started trying to incorporate tissue paper and ribbon. Iโm not the best at it but Iโm trying to get better.
