2020fashion @greenday1995 Hi Jordan, you purchased the Tommy Hilfiger skirt from me, thank you kindly. I had to pull the shipment back because we have an issue. I have 3 Tommy skirts and I made an error on the listings. I accidentally listed the one you purchased as NWT and it is actually NWOT. The other two have tags attached. Also, the skirt you bought is new but it looks like small dots of a rust color on the inside of the waistband. We're not sure how they got there.

2020fashion @greenday1995 We're not sure how they got there. Maybe when they were moved around while transferring inventory to a larger system. I've tried to remove them but they're not coming out entirely. They likely come out will with a bit more scrub but I don't want to push it. 1.) I can send it as is and I'll approve a return if you change your mind, or 2.) I can cancel the sale and re-sell it to you for 5.00 as is - no returns, or 3.) cancel the sale entirely. I'm so very sorry for the mishap.

2020fashion @greenday1995 I'm very very careful about my listings and very particular about what gets listed. In this case, all three Tommy Hilfiger skirts are a size 10 so I think I got confused. We're also setting up a new inventory system due to the growth we've experienced and it's been a journey. I'm so very sorry for the inconvenience. greenday1995 @2020fashion I’m so so sorry! But do you mind if I return the skirt?? I didn’t think the dots would be that visible but you can kind of see them peeking out of the waist band. I honestly really do like it though. And I have no other issues with it other than that.

2020fashion @greenday1995 you can just send it back in the original as long as it's protected and covered. if the box is destroyed and it won't make it back in one piece a new one would probably be better. the original should be ok. :)

greenday1995 @2020fashion Okay. I will send it back in a new one only because I think the post office poked a pretty good sized hole in this one and I wouldn’t want the skirt to get damaged. And yes I made it through the app.

2020fashion @greenday1995 thank you for getting a new box. if you take the item to the post office they will give a new box and it will not cost you anything. or you can use a plain box that is a similar size and tape the label to it. once you have the item inside the box and the label on it you can drop it off at the post office and it will be returned to me.

2020fashion @greenday1995 in the app you go to the "my purchases" link. select the purchase that should say pending acceptance. select the last link that is labeled "problems/order inquiry".

2020fashion @greenday1995 once you are in the order inquiry screen choose "order not as described", then select "item is stained". you can explain that we discussed there was a stain and i gave you the option to return it once you saw the skirt, you've chosen to return the skirt. i will then comment that i approve the return based on our discussion. you can take picture of the stain if you choose and add it or not.

2020fashion @greenday1995 it is important tho to make sure the item is returned in the condition sent. if it has a ton of damage to it i can't approve the return. i've had that happen before and it's been a real bummer. i know that won't be the case here but i'm just making note. it helps expedite the process.

greenday1995 @2020fashion No it hasn’t sadly. I’m so sorry. I tried to get in contact with the buyer that I accidentally sent it to to see if they would send it back to me and I never got a response. I’m really really sorry that that happened. So if you want to go ahead and close the case that’s okay. And I’ll give you the money.
