jc2367 @loui_serhan packaging. It may not be your fault but the box was torn up upon arrival to my house. I’m surprised the hats didn’t fall out. The hats were perfectly fine so that’s why I gave 4 stars

loui_serhan @jc2367 I Don't know if you have noticed. I double pack everything, especially shoes and hats to prevent them from getting damaged. I put a lot of time into packaging all my items. You can see from my reviews. I honestly can tell you it's not my fault they do not handle packages with care. Do you mind changing it to 5 since it's not my fault. I would appreciate that very much.
