Hello, I ordered the Marybelle purse from you and there was issues I had in receiving it. The post office told me you shipped it incorrectly so they shipped it back to you. I am still interested in it. If you could ship it back correctly again I would love to have it, if not I would like a refund. Please let me know, thank you!

@rameenshah9 The information to send a package is created automatically based on what you enter. I have not received the package or any notifications regarding it. You will probably need to escalate it to Poshmark. I will try to find the tracking information now.

@rameenshah9 I just checked the tracking and it says delivery was refused. The item is at the post office.

@bentzje90 yes I went to the post office and they told me I had to pay an extra 80 dollars because of the way the package was shipped. They said they could refuse the package and sent it back to you, so that way I wouldn’t have to pay an extra 80 dollars and you could potentially reship it. Once you get the package back I would still be interested in receiving it if you would like to reship it. But if mot I understand

@rameenshah9 I reached out to someone at Poshmark, I will let you know what they say. Since they generate the shipping labels, they should be able to fix this. I will let you know what they say.
