hislifestyle Hi, I just contacted Posh regarding your message. Did you receive your item? I'm just confused because you left a rating and stated you didn't receive your purchase. Did you contact Poshmark regarding the delivery issue. How can you rate an item that was never received?

skip_minton @hislifestyle yo what’s up man. No, I still haven’t received my purchase. I tried to give the postman a few days just because I know how shipping can get mishandled sometimes. A few days turned into a week and I still never received anything. Everytime I checked the purchase status on the app, it said delivered and automatically took me to the rating. It wouldn’t let me make a report unless I gave a rating. It told me to contact poshmark’s email if I don’t receive it by today.

hislifestyle @skip_minton Hey, sorry to hear you still haven't received your purchase. I reached to Poshmark and they shared with me that you have to contact them directly. When issues like this happen Posh is very good with making sure you receive a refund. Also, since I made contact with them initially, they will be able to see that I notified them of this delivery issue that you are dealing with.
