chiao613 @jordynshelor quick update, I asked Poshmark to process a partial refund and this is their response “Please note, Poshmark does not offer partial refunds. If your buyer has any inquiries about their order, please have them file a formal claim on the app so that we may better assist them.” I guess once you receive the jacket and have a look, we can take it from there!
