nicolematthews7 Hey I’m really sorry about the Chanel Bronzer! It’s been extreme cold where I live but I never let it sit outside or anything. I don’t know what the postal process is but I can assure you that prior to shipping it to you it looked what the photo looked like. I’m sure if you let it sit in a warm area for a little bit to get acclimated to the warmth it will go back to normal. I’m sorry for any inconvenience. Please let me know if it goes back to normal.
