Furthermore, Poshmark does not grant refunds hence why they say inspect the item thoroughly before purchasing. marenar I am so very sorry to hear about the package that I sent off it was in perfect condition when I sent it at the post office!! whoever’s hand it was in did not take very good care of it and I apologize! I’m reporting this to ups now! Please leave package as you received it! They will want to see the damage that was done. They will be sending you a letter more than likely to send packages exactly the way you received it so they can examine the damage.

jrivera728 @marenar I’m pretty sure it wasn’t your fault I only reported it to Poshmark so they can be aware of the negligence of the carriers. I also didn’t report this issue to return, again I just wanted to make them aware of how packages are being handled and maybe they can compensate you and I for the unfortunate inconvenience this has caused, as it was neither of our fault.
