gaileeann Hi! You purchased a hoodie from me. Could you please explain why you gave a 4 star rating? It was packaged well, the product was as described, a thank you note included and sent out the next day. Not sure what was wrong? I always receive 5 star ratings, just would like to know what you felt was wrong so I can try to improve.

pumpkinnella @melapuy hi Jose..I'm very surprised and disappointed in the rating for the Guess shirt. Can you reconsider your rating? the shirt was priced very competitively at $5 (which is incredibly low profit for me after all the poshmark fees), I shipped the same day, and even dropped in a Kenneth Cole dress shirt in for FREE. My poshmark account is largely driven by reviews and I drive to make every customer happy. thank you.
