@nikkipapillon17 so here is what happened. Since this was my first purchase I was offered free shipping. I used it with the small pouch. Then when that order got canceled it is not letting me used the same free shipping idk why because it is technically still my first purchase.

@jvazquezo huh, try this code-save10today, there should be a place to put a promo code and if that doesn’t work you might need to email customer service. It also could be because it’s the items are bundled and not individual 🤔
