aa_creations13 @bluepinneaple when I first received them I thought they were defective also but after a long charge (up to 6 hours) everything will work perfectly. I also have a step by step video on my instagram or you can dm me with any issues. Thank you for your purchase

Very sorry o charged all night ( I could not sleep) for the light I unplugged it never e Worked only the light, never charged, I really needed it, I have to return it never worked, only the light when it was plugged in, I really needed solar for that price only the light, I can get one way cheaper, I know how it feels like, it cannot take it, very sorry 😐

aa_creations13 @bluepinneaple no problem return it & if you need another one i have different ones that are cheaper between 20 & 25 that are more powerful. If you choose not to shop with us again that is okay too i do apologize this has never happened to me before
