heatherrene78 @badassquez1506 I did notate the Coach purse was USED & mentioned the flaws.It will not be perfect, however, it was clean.I have pictures I took before I sent the item for proof.Confused on why I did not receive a 5 star rating, as I strive to provide excellent customer service, describe items accurately, etc.This was a $600 purse WITH matching wallet you received for less than 10 % of the retail price.Am not sure what else I could have done.Please advise.Been selling for years.

heatherrene78 @badassquez1506 I appreciate you updating it. I do try hard to describe everything . Quite honestly, I have purchased many things that have stated ‘like new’ and they were stained, dirty and nasty. So I am very particular about my ratings and try very hard to describe all its faults. Thank you. Sorry for any confusion.

heatherrene78 So just be careful is what I’m saying. If they do not provide the pics of the inside of bag or the pics are dark, ask for better pics. I have poshed forever and everyone’s idea of clean or like new is diff.. and it should be very similar. Thank again.. sorry if I sounded snippy, I wasn’t meaning to be, it’s writing/ texts are hard to show emotion.. :) I know she will get a ton of use from that bag.. and that’s why I also prices it super cheap.. because of the wear.. but Coach lasts forever.
