crziness I recently purchased a hat from you and I cannot get the extreme flowery smell from it. I’ve washed it twice but it lingers. Can you tell me what was used on it ( spray, detergent) that caused this. Overwhelming. LOVE the hat but hate the smell.

eclecticfit @crziness I'm so sorry your having a problem with the scent, It was washed in liquid Tide but I also did add ultra downy mountain spring. And it was air dried. Thank you for your feedback, I am now going to be using fragrance free detergent and softener on all my items.

crziness That’s it! The smell! The detergent. I’m on the third wash and crossing my fingers. Yes, PLEASE use unsented. I’ll keep washing til is gone…love the hat! Lol
