Besides the measurements you can get a feel for size on the mannequin because her stature is small. To me, it looks like a smaller medium. Please let me know what you would like to do. Sorry again. Best always..

Hi Josie I will definitely investigate tomorrow once it's out of my hands in the hands of the USPS I really don't have any control over that but I will investigate and make sure as best I can we can figure this out it's happened before once or twice it's never ended up being a big issue no worries

hi there I just left the post office and ask them to research the box I left. This happened one time before a while back so hopefully will have the solve by today. Fortunately I live in Connecticut and you live in New York this is a good thing for you to get your sandals by Wednesday. I will check back with the Post Office later after I run some errands

Hi there I just came back to the post office and sure enough it got misplaced and it is going out today. They apologized profusely they're very nice people and it happens so in any event I want to let you know I have the tracking number again I'm in Connecticut you're in New York so no worries you'll have it way before Wednesday happy ending
