Hi,
I wanted to thank you for your purchase but also let you know that the rating you left is disappointing because it was not left based on the condition of the item but rather the difference in color based on the images which is unfair, as you mentioned lighting is a big factor but the biggest factor is your computer or telephone settings the color of an item will differ from every phone or computer
I rather have the item returned than have a 2 star rating based on these facts.

I can see your point. Perhaps I did not understand the rating system correctly so I do apologize for that. I was rather shocked at the color once I saw it in person. Not what I was expecting at all. The condition is totally fine and based upon that I would have definitely given a higher rating. If there is a way that I could change that I would be happy to do that.
I also didn’t know there was a way to return purchases here.
