@valleystyles Hi Ryan - I'm new to Poshmark and have a question, I hope you can help. I purchased an expensive item several days ago but I've yet to hear anything from the seller, is there any I can contact them? Should I worry? I have paid with Pay-Pal which has gone through - also, this is a gift so there is a bit of a time element. Any help will be appreciated - thanks in advance. - Joseph

@jmbm1 you should not have to worry as they the seller won't be able to receive the funds until the item is delivered. Poshmark is like a middle man. Never make a sale off the platform using EMT or posh won't be able to help you. If you go to their closet and make a bundle using the bundle icon at the top left, you could possibly ask if they are able to drop off at the post office today.
Most sellers try to ship within 3 days, I aim to ship same or next day.

@jmbm1 sometimes there is a delay in tracking info to. Say I ship a package right this second...... tracking might not appear until midnight or later, sometimes just a few hours too.
