foxarazzi Hi love! Posh doesn’t do exchanges, but I will definitely take care if you. You have to accept the order, then just ship it back to me (please do this within 3-4 days) and then I can ship you a new one. You will have to cover shipping both ways but we can do this!

Just make sure to accept the package and as soon as yours arrives, I will send the new one out. I can set up a minimum listing for $3 (plus shipping) or if you see anything else, I will give you a discount to eat the cost of shipping. 😊👍😘
