jmarrocco1 @ellrueffer Hi— I am so sorry this happened! I shipped your shoes after your purchase with the exact label given by poshmark for me to use. If they were mis delivered by USPS this is something you will have to take up with poshmark support, as at this point I have no control :(

ellrueffer @jmarrocco1 Okay, do you think that they still might be in the process of shipping and it’s just a glitch that it says they were delivered? This is my first time buying off of Poshmark so I’m not so sure how everything works.

jmarrocco1 @ellrueffer That might be the case. I’ve never had this happen on poshmark but on Etsy I have ordered things shipped with USPS that it marks delivered and shows up a few days later! Either way it is best to contact Poshmark support :)
