Hi, Ma’am. I apologize for the packaging in advance. I had my mother take the package to USPS for packaging and shipping. However, she taped the order with shipping tape instead of putting it in proper packaging. Please let me know if there were any issues. Again, I apologize and this is a very embarrassing moment.

Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I received the candlesticks yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, the base and stem of one of the candlesticks is bent. I have reached out to customer service and have sent several pix. If possible, I'd like to keep the undamaged candlestick. Thank you!

@jazzicle Hi! They sent me another email asking me to resend pictures, etc. Every time I tried, it sent me directly to the a rating page. I basically just gave up, but I hope they released payment!
