fashionsaloon_4 I'm wondering if you're referring to the time it took for me to ship your item. Years ago, I had to put my inventory into a storage facility 9 miles away, and I can only go there on my off days (2 days a week) to retrieve sold and unlisted inventory. My work schedule fluctuates. Most of the time, I can drop off a package at the post office a day after I retrieve the sold item from the storage unit.

fashionsaloon_4 This is why I can't ship items the same day or a day later after it's sold like I used too years ago. This is why I ship within three business days.

fashionsaloon_4 Sometimes I'll be at the storage unit retrieving a sold item; then as soon as I arrive home, a buyer will make a purchase. Well, I can't go back because the storage facility will be closed, and I may not be able to go the next day, because I have to go to the post office to drop off the retrieved sold item before I go to work. Sometimes on my short shift days, I can go to the storage facility three times a week.

grlygirl1970 @joseuniqueitems HI Josephine, mot sure if you saw the message I left explaining there is a little delay in shipping out your order. My printer broke and the soonest I can get a new one beginning of next week. I'm going to the library to try printing my invoices and mail it right out to you. I wish there was a way to ship where I could just send it; but unfortunately I can't. I have to respect the PM policies. I did contact PM making them aware of the situation.
