Hi Josette, again, first, welcome to Poshmark! I wanted to write to let you know why I was declining your offer on the liquid lipstick. While it’s a reasonable offer, it’s brand new and retails for $28.00. With your offer I end up with $12 and change for Poshmark’s 20% commission. As a seller I also get dinged with taxes. I never understood why. So this is my reason, and it just arrived so I’m so sorry to have to decline. Shannon 😞

@joslam123 you’re probably going to have to write them. I wrote them the WHY I was canceling. That’s total B.S. But my cancellation request is on file and accepted. Take screen shots of our correspondence when you write to them. Except this one. 😂 They have the ability to give you your credit back.

@joslam123 I just got a response. They said they have gone ahead “re-granted” you your promotion. I didn’t mince words. But apparently both of our words, stories and screen shots were necessary for you to get your shipping back. It should be in your email inbox now. You have to keep on top of things here at times. They are pretty fair, but I made it very clear that my word is my word as it should be for a Posh Ambassador. You’re all set now! Shannon 😊
