I see you received the Shoes you ordered but left a negative feedback based on the postal service handling time and the condition of the box. You purchased the item on 11/7 at 1219am and it was shipped on 11/8. Once a package is shipped I have no control over the package and the handling unfortunately. I think your rating should be based on the item which is what is in my control. I will appreciate it if you can revise your rating. Thank you.
