bmr241 A) I didn’t refuse the return. I have no control over returns, poshmark handles them. Their policy gives you three days to open a case. I don’t set those rules. I have no way to offer you a return, but B) the measurements were in the listing description, so I can’t imagine Posh would have approved a return anyway. Have a great day!

hobbes11 Yes, the measurements said 27, but it's clear from the fact that my wife couldn't even get them on, (we're not talking "tight" we're talking unwearable) that they had been seriously shrunk. I've seen posts on ebay where people will list the tag size and then they will list the actual size so that this problem does not occur.

hobbes11 @bmr241 Think about it from my perspective: I bought something that is entirely usable as a present for someone I love and I can't get a refund for it. Of course I'm going to be pissed off and give you a bad rating. Figure out a better system...
