I am not the celebrity... but I work in Hollywood on various projects and films and have styled for the past 8 years. I also write, film, produce and direct. Utilizing that more so for the marketing of this :)

acelacortese Hi I’m the girl who bought that $500 duffel bag that’s in review stuff what is going on this is ridiculous it’s way after Christmas I’m really upset I don’t want my money back I want the merchandise I didn’t sign up for this

First of all, I wish this process would have been faster... but unfortuantely there are two things that have delayed and both have been because it was Christmas time. I'm not sure how much. you have purchased from Poshmark before, but they have a process on anything over $500 that is a designer piece which is REQUIRED authentication by their Poshmark Headquarters.

celebritystyler @acelacortese There is no way around this. When someone purchases something from anyone on here, postmark is the one that generates the USPS Priority Mail Postage label and emails it to us as the seller to put on the package. In this case, your item was a LV for $500 so it required that it go to Poshmark Headquarters first to be authenticated before being forwarded on to you as the buyer.

celebritystyler @acelacortese Poshmark has very limited customer service options and I have been waiting for a response on their office hours for the holidays. You made the purchase and I dropped it at USPS on December 19th using the 2 Day Priority Postage Label that Poshmark provided directly to me in email. However, there was some sort of delay or error with USPS and it showed they delivered on December 24th to Poshmark Headquarters.

celebritystyler @acelacortese I have been trying to find out what such a delay was caused by, but they claim it was just because of the holiday season. Poshmark has not replied at all, but they did update the status to they are in the process of authenticating. Generally, this has only taken 1 to 2 days at most in the past for items I have sold that were required to go through this.

celebritystyler @acelacortese But I assume they are having extended holiday vacation days or something, because no one seems to be doing anything. I wish I had some control over this, but none of this delay has anything to do with me as the seller. I did everything as I was suppose to as fast anyone could. I hope to hear from poshmark today or tomorrow at latest.
