@joshuawoodruff I’m sorry for the delay, I think if you go to your purchase screen at the very bottom of the order there should be a “repeat a problem” button or something like that where you can contact Posh support. I’ve never seen this but I know they are great at resolving issues! Again sorry for the delay😞

@121lisamarie I tried that and you were paid 3 time's for the jeans, the money was paid from my account, it's not a delay issue

@joshuawoodruff that’s weird because it’s only showing once on my end, I also checked my balance in the app and my pendings are showing once too. You can certainly cancel the order but I don’t know if that will release all the funds😬I can try opening a claim on my end but I’m not sure what that’ll do🤷♀️just lemme know!

@joshuawoodruff I see a place within my sale screen where I can report the issue you are having so I will go ahead and open a claim with Posh Support and see if we can get a resolution to the additional charges. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

@joshuawoodruff Posh has received the claim and I’m just waiting on their response, I will keep you posted as soon as I hear back from them. The auto email response they sent stated they aim to reply within 24hours.
