jenimadedesigns @joshuaortega804 Good morning! When you make a purchase, the seller will get an email with a shipping label from poshmark with your shipping information on it. The seller will then print that label, package & ship your order using priority mail at the post office. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions! Jeni

joshuaortega804 @jenimadedesigns yes the seller had claimed he didn't have time to make the shipment so he canceled it. I just wanted to know how long would it take to receive the money back?

jenimadedesigns @joshuaortega804 It should be a few days or so. If you don’t see a refund in a few days, you should contact poshmark support.
