afabfavefind So I got your rating and I wanted to reach out based on your feedback as you stated ship time, packaging, and cleanliness could be improved. The Daniel Cremieux Fedora was in brand new condition, sent in a SEALED plastic bag and per PM shipping guidelines and was also shipped literally the SAME DAY as your order. I’m not understanding how any of your reasons for deductions stars can be the case.
