knightsferry @josjones Hi there! I wanted to let you know that I tried cleaning the Kipling messenger bag, and I may have just stained the exterior canvas material. I just used water with detergent and don’t know what else I can do to not make it so noticeable 😬. I’m going to cancel your order for you to get a refund but will ship to you anyway if you can salvage what’s there which is just detergent and water. So sorry for the inconvenience 😊
