josuemelende279 @dave_seller hi Dave, I’m confused. You initiated the trade and told me about the deal. I said yes and I accepted the shipment as it was the original product you told me. But you canceled your end? Not sure why. I got a message from Poshmark that seller sent wrong item but when I opened it to confirm (per Poshmark), it was the item as described so I accepted it. I’m pleased with it. So I’m not entirely sure what the problem is.

dave_seller @josuemelende279 you need to return it or you owe me the true value of $150.00 please return it asap or I will open a case again. I told you the trade wasn’t fair and you didn’t tell me I’d have to wait over 2 weeks before you’d even be able to send! Please return my model exactly as I sent it to you because if it’s returned damaged you still have to pay for it. I already spoke to the reps 4 times about this whole ordeal!

josuemelende279 @dave_seller Hi Dave I do not feel comfortable displaying my number on here. Also I’m confused to what consequences you speak of? We made a trade per your initiation and I just accepted the package but you canceled your end so I guess you didn’t want the cobra anymore.

josuemelende279 @dave_seller I already accepted and opened the package as per our initial deal. Initially I thought you sent the wrong package but Poshmark told me to open and verify and it was the correct package so I accepted. They said they would release the funds to you so it should all be complete on your end. Not really sure what else is needed. But I’m going to move on from the back and forth.

josuemelende279 @dave_seller that’s incorrect per Poshmark policy: Poshmark's policy is that all sales are final, and returns are only approved if the item is not as described or authentic. Poshmark does not accept returns for buyer's remorse, fit, delayed delivery, or any other reason. Poshmark already closed the deal and paid you. So not sure what else it is you are needing. I didn’t even know about trade until you told me.
