josybella6 How does the pay process work? I have brand new high end bags purses and shoes I’m starting to sell... I know the condition of my things. If I sell, how am I assured that someone can’t wear them and send them back?

lamblittle1 @josybella6 in order to send something back the buyer and seller have to have clear proof of their claim. Poshmark would make the decision if the item was not how it was described or broken etc. As far As fit goes, make sure you have accurate descriptions and if your camera doesn't show the correct color, say that in description

Should people be asking me to contact them via email address , asking for address, phone # and discussing sending money orders and me sending my items after payment or is this a possibility of fraud having my name phone # & email address? I’m totally new to this so I’m a little weary

lamblittle1 @josybella6 yes these are all scammers so either ignore them or tell them you only go through Poshmark with messages and sales.

lamblittle1 @josybella6 ok go to the bottom and click on your closet name and it will take you to your account. Then scroll to the bottom to Poshmark support center and there's a form to fill out
