@firstone Oh no sorry to hear that.. that's odd it's a brand new purse and I've never had that happen on any of my handbags, I am pretty strict on quality. I did not see that when I packed it for you or I wouldn't have sent it. As far as I know, Poshmark doesn't allow returns but you can reposh (sell) the purse if you want. Take good pictures and remember there are Poshmark fees for each sale.
