jonesaccc @bingomama01 Yes, I am so glad you contacted me. I tried to message you but didn't have the user name. Someone bought those shoes n a bundle a few minutes before you did. For sine reason Posh mart didn't get them marked as sold. I felt so bad, and I contacted them last week to see if there was anything else they could do, I do t have any other Coach shoes now but I may soon, again, I'm really sorry.

jonesaccc @bingomama01 She bought them as a bundle under the other shoe, and they were sold before you made your purchase. I would have given them to whomever purchased them first because I wanted it to be fair. I asked posh mart what to do and they said that was the first purchase and it was because it was bundled under another sale. I'm really really sorry this happened.

bingomama01 With me being wheel chair bound i found it very convenient to be able to shop on line without the struggle of having to try and go to the mall and even more convenient that i'd finally found a shoe that i could put on myself without help oh i was very excited i'd told everyone and to have all that taken away was such a disappointment, i apologize for being that upset but when your in my situation you dont take let downs lightly.

jonesaccc @bingomama01 sorry for your disappointment. I rechecked the sale to verify. The other buyer purchased on the 11th and you purchased on the 12th. It was a technical issue that I could not help. However, you offered more than she did, so if I were unfair I would have sold to you. I am fair so I sold to the first purchaser who purchased on the 11th. Please if you have any more concerns contact poshmark.

edesignershop Hello Joy, we are glad that you received your Burberry shawl so quickly and that you find it beautiful. However, we do not appreciate the rest of your remarks. The Burberry scarf you purchased is absolutely authentic and you can verify the authenticity at any Burberry shop. You are clearly not an authentication expert and we do not like that we work so hard for our business for someone like you to come in and try to ruin everything we work for with nasty accusations.

jonesaccc @edesignershop You and I both know it is fake. Burberry scarves don't come in cheap plastic bags. The tag is also different. It's a wholesale fake. My comment is honest. I don't consider me warning someone else to be rude, it is ethical.

jonesaccc @edesignershop I didn't report it to Poshmark but I can if you want me to. I'm not an authentication expert, but I am a designer expert. I have numerous Burberry items, including scarves...purchased at Bloomingdales, Nordstrom etc.
