brookiecooki22 The Vest is listed at $22- u offered $12- so $17 is exactly 1/2 between ur offer & listed amount...I dont mind coming down a bit more (I was thinking maybe like $15-$16) &if thats ok w/u, ill lower the proce od actual listing & hopefully u'll get a reduced shipping rate & save some $$ that way...lemme know ur thoughts!
